Educational activities

The Institute of Pricing and Regulation of Natural Monopolies regularly implements programs of additional professional education on the subject of tariff regulation.

Educational programmes of the Institute are focused on improving the knowledge, competencies and skills of professionals who carry out their professional activities in the field of heat supply and electric power industry, the gas industry, communal complex and transport sector.

A distinctive feature of the educational programmes of the Institute is the practical orientation, due to the dynamism of implementing regulations and the complexity of the issues daily faced by employees of the tariff regulation.

Our students are employees of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of state regulation of tariffs, local governments, regulated organizations and consumer services.

We hope that acquired skills and knowledge will contribute to improving the quality of management decisions and, consequently, the effectiveness of functioning of regulated industries.

Since the beginning of the implementation of additional professional educational programmes more than 600 specialists of tariff regulation and regulated organizations from 40 subjects of the Russian Federation have been trained.
